Collection metadata and marketplace snapshots are attributed to their source. They can be incomplete, outdated or unavailable. Visibility is not endorsement, proof of ownership or a guarantee of executable liquidity.
Connecting a wallet and signing in do not transfer assets. When preparing a PONS token launch, users must review its fees, opening purchase and creator fee destination, then authorize each transaction in their own wallet. Holder fee routing is permanent. Never enter a recovery phrase into ZAPP.
ZAPP is an experimental platform. Bugs, interruptions, inaccurate information and smart contract or third-party failures may occur. Assets can lose value and transactions may be irreversible. Review every wallet request and use the platform at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZAPP and its operators disclaim warranties and liability for financial losses, lost assets, lost profits, loss of data, service interruptions and other damage arising from use of the platform, including bugs and third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Points do not guarantee a token allocation.
